Its structure incorporates approximately 103,000 square meters of glass, 15,500 square meters of insulation, and a sturdy 39,000 tons of reinforced steel.

Located on the 124th, 125th, and 148th floors are observation decks that offer a breathtaking view of the city of Dubai, its surroundings, and the Persian Gulf. One can ascend to a height of 555 meters using a high-speed elevator, which travels at speeds of up to 10 meters per second.

The building is equipped with modern water supply and air conditioning systems, as well as innovative technologies for condensate collection, which is then used for irrigating the green plantations.
